My daily post to remind Chris Cagle that he still owes my wife a refund. We regret ever going to iCryo. I would avoid it!!!
Planet fitness offers the same services for $25/month rather than the $249 here. Furthermore, the staff here will keep billing your credit card $249 a month regardless of your cancellation attempts. This includes if you try to A. physically walk into their store and request a cancellation, of which they will confirm is done, or B. try to call their business phone number (of which I've never had anyone pick up). I've lost hours of my time every month just having to charge-back their billing.
I strongly urge people to think twice before doing business here. They signed my wife — who is recovering from cancer — up for recurring billing. When she decided to cancel the service, we were told it was taken care of. It wasn’t. They continued charging our credit card anyway. After we disputed the charges with the credit card company, the business agreed to issue a refund. That was several months ago. We still have not received the refund. iCRYO has been a great solution for my wife’s physical therapy and my needs. Chandler, who has been working at the Fairfax location and now Loudon location is the main reason we will continue to come here. Chandler is always very informative and kind to me and my wife. I appreciate all the services here as well as the staff. Keep it up!
