iCRYO has been a great solution for my wife’s physical therapy and my needs. Chandler, who has been working at the Fairfax location and now Loudon location is the main reason we will continue to come here. Chandler is always very informative and kind to me and my wife. I appreciate all the services here as well as the staff. Keep it up!
I’ve been coming to iCRYO for a while now and it’s become my go-to spot for recovery and wellness. The staff here really knows their stuff and always makes each visit worthwhile. It’s great supporting a local business owned by someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. The facility stays top-notch and they’re always adding new services. If you’re in Loudoun County and looking for quality wellness treatments, this is the place.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. Loved it so much, I visited twice this week. I love the Cryotherapy - the music definitely helps! At three minutes I experienced a 29F drop. So I tried three and a half minutes today and experienced a 46F drop. Amazing difference thirty seconds made. I tried Red Light therapy - it was pleasant, but I guess I need to use it more often to feel the true benefits. I too had issues with the Owner Chris Gagle yelling and berating me. I Quit because Hey "He doesn't need my $129 a month he's a millionaire!!!" Please research and do your homework there are other businesses that WILL appreciate your Business.
I joined ICryo at One Loudoun less than a month ago, and am loving the experience and effects so far. The place is super clean, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were patiently answered by Easton the day I joined, and Sydney was absolutely wonderful administering my first IV service that re-hydrated me and broke a migraine cycle I was stuck in.
