Fraud or gross mismanagement - you be the judge? On July 1, 2025, I paid $1,600 as a deposit for a Princess Cruise with ICruise. On July 10, 2025 I paid $8684 with my AMEX card and received confirmation that the trip was completely paid for. However, on July 23, 2025, ICruise charged my AMEX card an additional $1,433.93. Beware: I should start by saying I take 4 cruises per yer and travel a lot. I am not a rookie. I have never had issues like this. iCruise is the worst Cruise Agency I have ever used. They ripped me off and were extremely difficult to deal with. Their communication is horrible. Their invoices/booking confirmations look like they were created by a 12 year old child. Awful don't do it. Representative didn't give us any of our perks that were advertised. Then place entire amount of cruise on a card we didnt' want to use for that time. Website indicates a payment plan can be made but was a glitch in system that stated approved that night only to receive an email next day stating otherwise. Never again.
