Get payment upfront. Jim Santa Cruz and ICRC owe us over $10,000. They breached their contract and refuse to return our calls. Will unfortunately have to file a lawsuit to get them to do the right thing.
I had gutters put on my house when it rained the first time after there was a waterfall over my steps. I contacted Joe and did not get a response. The other picture is a corner piece that was not done right and leaks. I reached out to him again with no response. Would not recommend.
