Joe was wonderful to work with he helped me file my insurance papers and he told me exactly when the job would be done and what was going on to perform the job. Joe is very pleasing to talk with. He checked on the job while in process and told me about the holdup and guttering but it was done when he said it would be done everything was cleaned up very nicely and I would have him as my contractor anytime.
Jim, Joe and the entire crew were professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and delivered exactly what they promised. I’ve used them on several homes in the past and several different type projects. Roofing, skylights windows, deck frame, and a custom ordered foot glass patio door to name a few. I am a real estate appraiser with 30 years experience in the construction industry. I highly recommend ICRC do anyone with a home improvement need. I will use ICRC for future projects.
My family and I had extensive repairs performed by ICRC after a major hail storm. Jim, Joe, and team have been exceptional throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the quality of repairs and fully intend to work with ICRC again in the future. 10/10 professionalism, quality, and value.
