If I could leave a -5 rating I would. We own a penthouse in a building ICR and Tara Franks manages. The building is falling apart. No effort, anytime I bring up issues to Tara I get a spun back email that doesn’t answer any of my questions. I don’t think she’s ever stepped foot in the building, it’s a terrible situation I would wish on nobody. You would think another location besides Regina would be a welcome change, Heads up they are worse, hard to believe but true if you don't want any reply to your email or concerns this is the place to deal with. Your a underdog and they don't have to even acknowledge you or your email.. Wow working from home is tough, but more work is being done. REALLY!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say more , Reed is the best worker in there. He took his time to show me lots of places and on top he was very patient and never rushed me for nothing. He is the best in the team. Thank you so much Reed, I couldn't asked for a better help than you. Thank you so much for giving me your time.
