Disappointed with post-install remedial work. We chose Icoolm as we wanted to support a family owned business, and while the initial installation was great, it has been incredibly difficult to get any help for a minor alteration. Frequently ignored our calls/texts or said they were too busy. When we did finally confirm a day and time, they postponed that morning and then still didn’t turn up. Frustrated and disappointed.
Mark from Icoolm came highly recommended by our neighbour. We had Mark install a split aircon system in 3 rooms. It was definitely a massive job and Mark was extremely professional from coming over to providing us a quote, answering our million questions to installing the aircon! Mark was very dedicated to the job, didn’t cut any corners despite some challenges and our many additional requests as well as working through a heatwave! Absolute legends! Was able to accommodate a last minute install with only a week notice of a full Ducted system just in time for xmas. The guys worked so hard in soaring temps, they were so professional and kind. Recommended 10/10
