I recently had a appt on a Saturday with this salon and prior to this I scheduled my day off work. On the day of my appointment, I get a call from my potential go to hairdresser that an emergency came up which is fine I understand things come up. But, she never offer to reschedule my appointment nor replied to any of my phone calls and text messages. I took my business elsewhere so that I can get my hair done every two weeks. My new hairdresser was happy to have gained a new permanent client.
