They did the pictures at my wedding on April 23rd 2017 im still so saddened at the pictures I received of my wedding they had no pictures of my guest at all! Video comes in an email and supposedly you have to have new invite yearly. Just put it on a DVD so I can have access to my video like I can the pictures.
It is nearly a year since my wedding and I still do not have most of what I paid for. I dont have my wedding videos. Many of the pictures I got had my eyes closed or family/friends eyes were closed. When I asked the photographer at my wedding to take an unplanned picture of my nephew, my wife, and myself she was very irritated and had a lot of attitude. We got married on April 19th 2019. We booked iconic studios over a year in advance when we saw them at a wedding fair in okc. I am all about relationships when i plan to spend a lot of money for one day, we had a relatively small budget but were determined to find the best photo/video team to document our big day, and frankly, I was willing to pay anything to have that confidence in the team we would choose!
