I am very disappointed with the customer service at Iconic Stone. Their staff showed a complete lack of responsiveness regarding my tentative order. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I received no replies, making the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. When a customer is ready to proceed, the least a company can do is communicate clearly and promptly. Unfortunately, Iconic Stone failed to meet even the basic expectations of customer service. I will not be recommending them based on this experience.
Best countertops in Kingston! We went to their showroom and hand picked our stone, the people there were so helpful and kind (and very patient while we debated between two pretty much identical stones). They were also very upfront and transparent with their pricing, absolutely zero hidden fees. And then within 1 or 2 weeks, they came to take measurements of our kitchen.
