Iconic did our pool fence recently at Springside . Great work by their team. Professional job done within 2 weeks of quote being accepted. Friendly and professional team of tradies.
We had a pretty poor experience with Iconic. Long delays, project took about 4 times as long as anticipated. Junior staff left to manage things. using the space under the pool as an open rubbish pit (inc food /drink bottles), when queried - we were told not a big deal since it was all getting buried anyway... Quality of work was poor. See attached for the footings they were very comfortable with leaving in place. The team brought the design to life, on time, on budget. Especially appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility to deal with changes when landscaping challenges arouse.
