Ms Kim was so nice and pleasant I was nervous when I walked in but she assured me it was a quick and painless process. If you ever decide to get braces go to iconic and ask for ms. Kim
I had such a great experience at Iconic Orthodontics. The dental assistant, Rory, was so friendly, sweet, patient, and empathetic. She understood my concerns and put me more at ease. I'm so glad it was her assisting me. The environment was also nice. It's very aesthetically pleasing. There were snacks and drinks available, with a dj playing good music. My experience with Iconic Orthodontics was nothing short of amazing. Thank you to Kim for putting my braces on , very nice and gentle. Definitely recommend!!
I have had the most challenging experience with this office. I'm not sure if these other 5-star reviews were incentivized or if they are legitimate, but I feel a duty to share my experience based on the truth.
