I just want to say Jan is my hair hero. I had a bad haircut yesterday from another salon with a bad customer service. Jan listened to what I wanted with my hair and worked her magic. Even suggested how to blowdry my hair and other styles i can actually do with it whether i'm going to work or play. Iconic hair salon's customer service is great too, as soon as i got in, they asked if i needed help, unlike that other salon i'm not going to name because my mama taught me better than that. Lol.
