Iconic experience! (Pun intended) Totally a great experience from the initial call. Iconic software sends out a email/text dispatch letting you know the technician is in route along with a photo and short bio about your technician. Then we received a direct call from the technician himself that he was in route and offered an eta. The wife and I appreciated the communication due to the fact our appointment was first thing on a Saturday morning. It made it much easier to plan our morning.
