Where do I even start? Iconic Bride and its incredible owner, James, deserve every bit of praise possible. I had the best experience at Iconic and it was all due to my amazing stylist, Shay. I had previously been to 7 other bridal shops, and although I had a few other good stylists, Shay was simply the best. Right off the bat he started talking about my wedding location, as he had looked it up prior, and was able to verbalize exactly what I was going for, even when I had difficulty describing it. Earlier this year I brought my fiancé in to shop for a wedding dress with me. (He was actually instrumental in securing the appointment for me after I had been stalking Iconic Bride’s Instagram feed for a few months prior.) I cannot recommend Iconic Bridal Dallas enough! From the moment I walked in, Shay made me feel like I was shopping with my best friend. He was so personable, attentive, professional, and somehow knew exactly what I wanted before I even said it. I had the absolute BEST experience at Iconic Bride Dallas! From the moment I walked in, Alexis (my sales associate) made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She listened to everything I was looking for, pulled the most beautiful gowns, and truly made me feel like a bride.
