I am so happy with the service provided by Icon Water. Spencer and Ryan are so knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect water softener for our home and also a great RO system. Our drinking water has never tested better! Highly recommend Icon Water for all of your water needs.
Spencer responded quickly to our request for SERVICE even though he did not install our water filter system. he did a great job and we are very thankful we called him.
Discovered a leak, thought it was coming from our RO bladder, called Spencer, came out next day, he was here 5 minutes, determined it was our faucet, no charge. That’s customer service! Thanks Spencer, see you next year for our annual service.
