Wow, I made a blind first appointment to see Dr Wan for an eye examination. My first impression was clearly that his store was up to date stocked and set up for his patients needs and not to impress or keep up with competitors. My appointment was early and I felt that he opened his store just for me.There was no wait time as I was brought to the examination room. The family and I have been going to Icon for around 15 years. Dr. Jason Wan is the most thoughtful and knowledgeable eye specialist I have ever been too. He really cares about his patients and even as busy as he is, he never seems rushed or short on discussion time. I would highly recommend having your eyes checked by Dr. Wan if you are in need.
I have been going to Dr Wan for years. I find him extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything. I recently ordered new glasses with new frames and they were having difficulty adjusting the frame to my satisfaction. Dr Wan did another test to confirm the correct prescription. He then preceded to give me options moving forward. I now have glasses I am very happy with. Shout out to Brielle for putting up with my Finickiness. In my opinion she went above and beyond and always polite and professional.
Dr. Wan is very knowledgeable and thorough in his exam. My right eye has been red for 2 weeks and the eye doctor I’ve been to didn’t solve the issue. Decided to try icon vision care and I was amazed at how good Dr. Wan is. He explain everything he does. My red eye started to disappear within a week. He did a follow up check up to make sure my eye is healing well. Thank you Dr. Wan and Icon vision care staff. I’m too happy my red eye disappear that I decided to buy a new eyeglass even though I still have eyeglasses ☺️
