We ordered a 2.5 inch lift kit for our jeep! Lift installed super easy. Was just missing a few hardware pieces. I emailed the company received a reply the next day from Zoe! She provided the best customer service I could have ever asked for! Extremely helpful , understanding and responsive. Ordered some replacement hardware for my control arms F+R from ICON. Box arrived damaged and missing stuff thanks to UPS . John from ICON had replacements sent out ASAP without a hassle. Amazing service!
I’d steer clear of ICON. I have their setup on my ‘24 Tundra Platinum with 5k miles, and the ride quality is terrible. One of the rear shocks is already leaking oil. When I contacted ICON about a warranty replacement, they told me I’d need to send the shocks in first. I explained that I don’t have a secondary vehicle and already discarded the OEM shocks, but they didn’t seem to care or offer any solution. You’re better off going with Kings or Fox—save yourself the hassle.
