Fantastic customer/technical service. Augy made sure that I got a part to fix an issue I was having. Got me back up, and running in 24hrs. Can't beat that level of customer care.
Ordered some replacement hardware for my control arms F+R from ICON. Box arrived damaged and missing stuff thanks to UPS . John from ICON had replacements sent out ASAP without a hassle. Amazing service!
I’d steer clear of ICON. I have their setup on my ‘24 Tundra Platinum with 5k miles, and the ride quality is terrible. One of the rear shocks is already leaking oil. When I contacted ICON about a warranty replacement, they told me I’d need to send the shocks in first. I explained that I don’t have a secondary vehicle and already discarded the OEM shocks, but they didn’t seem to care or offer any solution. You’re better off going with Kings or Fox—save yourself the hassle.
I’ve been waiting for a response since December, and nothing. I’ve reached out multiple times, but customer service is completely unresponsive. It’s unacceptable to leave customers waiting this long with no updates. Extremely disappointed—avoid if you expect any level of support!
