Very happy with the customer service. They were able to get someone out to my house the same day I contacted them. I received the quote and the work was completed the next day. Pleasant, reliable and responsive. Highly recommend.
We discovered a roof leak during a monsoon back in August, and Icon Roofing came out right away to tarp it. After getting several bids, we went with them for a full roof replacement because of their responsiveness and ability to schedule the work within two weeks. Orion, our rep, was professional, communicative, and great to work with; very responsive to texts and calls.
