I would not recommend Icon Restoration. Our experience was extremely stressful and poorly handled from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, and we were left confused about what was happening with our claim. At one point, we even received a certified letter that caused unnecessary panic without any clear explanation. We had to chase down answers ourselves, and the information we were given changed multiple times. The lack of transparency and professionalism made an already difficult situation much worse.
