Personally, ICON is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! We have been waiting for our kitchen since January and they haven't even started yet! They are very unprofessional and keep coming up excusesfordelays! It's been a nightmare just to get them to call back!! We have been so long without a kitchen we forgot what it's like to have one! I would not recommend them to my enemy 😒. I'm sure if they read this there will be more delays
Recommended by the insurance adjuster. Tyler, Julius, Donovan and Ron were very professional. Excellent communication. Explained what they were doing and timelines. Scheduling with the office took a little convincing.
Icon has been great to work with so far in my house fire restoration and rebuild process. They are doing efficient work to get my home cleared out of contents so we can move on with the rebuild. Vanessa M. and Vanessa D. have been working hard to get all of our items boxed for cleaning and/or inventoried for total loss. My representative was Tyler for water damage from my dishwasher. His professionalism was bar none. If you had 100 stars I would give it to him. His promptness, knowledge and explanation were superb. He kept me informed at all times. I am also reviewing pack out in which there is no icon for these guys Theresa, Vanissa and Cast are super stars couldn’t ask for a better crew efficiency was incredible
