Usually do not write reviews but feel obligated to do so when it comes to incident repairs in a home. I felt I had to manage this project on my own. It was a head ache. I talked with 3 different “VP’s / General Managers” through out the 7 month process. Each promised and guaranteed a resolution and each time I had to circle back. After a basement sewage flood, my insurance company recommended ICON Restoration for the repairs. Before the remodel, ICON had a team do a rough cleaning job to help cut down the smell and give the documentation team space to work. We had over 500 items to photograph and document -- ICON sent a team of ladies, and they completed the job in two days. Worst place ever don’t let them fix your house
A couple of months ago my grandparents had a issues with their pipes and after we got icon to come in and “fix” everything we continued having issues and recently we got a new contractor who checked them said they did a horrible job and the entire thing has to be redone now horrible place please do not come here large waste of money
