This review is specifically for Melanie Wood of Icon Realty Services. She's only been our property manager for a short time, but she's already made a great impression. Super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. If something goes wrong in the building—like a broken elevator or intercom—or if you need info about something from way back, she jumps on it quickly and gets the right people on it. Her communication is clear and timely, and she's been a pleasure to work with so far.
Still waiting for someone to answer the regular phone line or emergency line. I started at 10:14 and it is now 11:20. Good Luck!
Absolutely TERRIBLE company to deal with. Accounting sucks, they can’t even issue a check and no one EVER answers the call. They openly LIE and are clueless. Can’t wait to have them voted out of our HOA. The manager is so busy managing so many other associations that he will never call you or speak to you. They just want the business but service is exceptionally low grade. Don’t walk away but RUN in the other direction.
I’m gonna do something if they keep charging me for bs.
