Melanie Wood refuses to do her job and fix URGENT health concerns after 5 months. Fecal matter has been spewing into multiple units for 5 months (June 2025 - Nov 2025 ongoing) She cares more about email protocols than health and basic human decency. I do find peace knowing I'll never be as miserable as her.
Melanie has been terrific at helping our HOA board deal with issues related to building upkeep and financial management. She usually comes to us with a suggested resolution for a problem, rather than just the problem, is patient and professional, and answers our questions or refers us to someone who can answer us. She communicates clearly and holds herself to high standards. Our community is fortunate to have Melanie working with us.
We had Eric begin on our associations account, then we were transitioned to Melanie. Both were amazing, professional, knowledgeable and have been instrumental dealing with all the challenges that our previous management company had left them. I would highly recommend them.
Melanie never returns phone calls. I have attempted to reach her and even though she says it's her cell number, she fails to pick up, EVER!!!!!!
This review is specifically for Melanie Wood of Icon Realty Services. She's only been our property manager for a short time, but she's already made a great impression. Super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. If something goes wrong in the building—like a broken elevator or intercom—or if you need info about something from way back, she jumps on it quickly and gets the right people on it. Her communication is clear and timely, and she's been a pleasure to work with so far.
