Agent Shannon could not pay any attention to detail. Missing the deadline on the paperwork and then blamed us for her error. Over all a very scary situation when dealing with a house!

I would say "don't use these people as your realtors" but they do a good enough job not answering calls or texts on properties for you to boycott them out of circumstance. My husband and I have been looking for a house for two years and KATE YOUNG can't be bothered with returning calls, texts or emails!
