Mark is a true professional, bringing wisdom and experience to home buying/selling. He was our realtor for a home purchase and brought deep market knowledge combined with a low-pressure demeanor.
My wife and I sold our house and bought a new house with Mark Francis, Icon Realty. Through it all, there was never any doubt we mattered to Mark. Our best interests were always uttermost in his mind. Our house sold above the asking price and Mark negotiated a rent back. The rent back allowed us to stay in our house two months longer while our new home was being built. He got us all that we wanted. We highly recommend Mark and his team.We would do it all again!
Review dated 10/13/23 Unfortunately, I sold my home with icon because I got a better deal on the commission and probably passed on some other really great realtors. As in all cases, read all e-documents carefully and ask any questions of anything you’re unsure of. The issue is, it turns out that our real estate agent also ended up representing the buyer, but never TOLD us or discussed with us in any way beforehand.
