Don’t rent from them. I was approved for a house just days from paying my rent and deposit and they told me they could no longer rent to me because of a random threat made to them from someone they “thought” I was affiliated with which was not true I don’t know who this person was. Even with investigation on my end I tried explaining all this and they still didn’t care. Just be careful with them. I’m taking legal action against them for wrongful claims and discrimination.
