I made an online appointment with Eva for today at 1:30. Took train trolley to get here get here. She’s not at work today even though I received a request for confirmation no one was in there obviously this place is horrible and unprofessional the best way is to not give them any business and maybe they’ll learn.. so unprofessional!!!

I had an appointment today at 6pm. Nail tech called my girlfriend who set up the nail appointment explaining to her she had to move my appointment I had scheduled for today for a walk in client & wants me to wait lol. This place is a joke
Unbelievable, horrible service. I asked for a pedicure and I sit down to roll my pants up. I tried to tell the lady, twice , the water was freezing cold but she acted like she either didn’t understand me so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Within 20 mins she was done and all she did was clean my cuticles and paint my toenails. And she wanted to charge me $30. And not to mention she was on her phone while she was painting my toenails.
