Forgot the name of the lady that helped me, but she cussed at me in Vietnamese because I asked her to file down a nail that was clearly uneven lol. Mind you, that was my one and ONLY complaint and I was very polite abt it.
I showed the staff a reference picture of the exact ombré nails I wanted before the service started, but unfortunately the result was not what I requested. Communication was difficult, and the staff did not seem to understand English well. When it was time to choose the color, I asked for ombré again and was told it could not be done because they had already applied the powder and started the French manicure. Broke my shoulder and needed my hair washed and braided. Hannah and her assistant did a wonderful job and called a cab for me . Thank you Hannah
