Been going for years great place decent prices! I’ve recommended Icon Nails to my families and friends! All great ladies.
I recently got my nails done at Icon for the 1st time. My nail tech whose name I can't remember was very polite and professional. However, this is the 1st time I've seen a salon use a UV pen. I had no idea what it was until I asked my tech. I noticed she used this pen to solidify the gel polish only on my thumbs. For the remainder of the hand, I'd use the regular machine. Do not choose Icon Nails and Spa at guidlford surrey. Flimsy place to get any service, unprofessional staff, unsanitary conditions and dismissive attitude of the managers above all. Anyone who is looking for good self care should run away from such places. Great Dissapointement !!! never gonna come to this place
Came here for a pedicure and the lady who did it seemed very rushed and didn’t even cut all my toe nails! Furthermore she cut and dug into the side of my big toe nail too much causing it to be very painful, swollen and red for several days! I was concerned about this and reached out to the manager and have not gotten a reply. Unfortunately because of my experience I will not be coming back or recommending to others.
