Irresponsible, Unreliable, Incompetent.. It takes forever for them to answer an email or return a phone call... Typical 9-5 salaried employees that has no customer service skills.
As homeowners in The Ranches at Lake McLeod for over a year, we are writing this review with a heavy heart and growing concern. So we have just rented a house in Windermere Florida from this rental company. And to say that this has been nightmare would be an absolute understatement of the year. The house is 3600 a month (mind you we’re only here for a year) and I’m going to just go through the list of things we’re discovering about the house that we’re suppose to be taken care of before we moved in which we’re not.
