Anthony literally took the words out of my mouth… see his post before. I am in a different community in Parrish and truly have never been so disappointed in an HOA. This is our 5th HOA company (so I have experience dealing with them) and literally it’s one of the worst. What’s crazy is that our community is still builder ran (so it goes to show how little they can control residents when the builder is still largely in their pockets since our neighborhood is actively being built.) Despite numerous emails I am still being billed incorrectly. Less than professional responses when I finally get one.
