Hotel cleaning service is poor at best. Constantly asking for towels and room clean during an extended stay. Elevator went out and nocompensation to the guests, first it was one elevator then it became both with no ETA for repairs. If not fixed by weekend I will be relocating. I am here through September ans will not accept this as a Elite status member.

3rd mgt. company in a year, so I was told. Today, for uncovered parking in a small town - not Houston or Dallas or Chicago or New York. It was not a huge fee, but unnecessary and a matter of principle for a small motel. Ridiculous.
Our TV was messed up.
