We’ve just completed our new build journey with Icon Artisan Homes over approximately 2.5 years from custom bespoke design through to DA, construction and handover last Thursday. The build itself after DA approval was only 16 months which in our experience is quick for a large home with higher end fittings like ours is. We’ve been so happy with Icon and their team. Starting to consider a knock down rebuild project is an overwhelming experience, with many horror stories out there of time and budget blow outs. We couldn’t be happier we decided to go ahead with Icon Homes, they’ve built us a beautiful home that cost what they said it would, and was finished ahead of schedule. The entire team, particularly our Site Manager Stuart, were always available and approachable. Highly recommend Icon Homes to anyone considering a KDRB!
