Didn't care who I booked with or when but I made an appointment for 2pm with Nikita as advised over the phone the week prior. I showed up 20 minutes early to the appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told Nikita is running at least 90 minutes more late due to another appointment. Waste of my time and gas. Wasn't offered anything but to wait 90 more minutes. Not a great experience but the women who were working at the time were very sweet.
For all the curly haired folks out there looking for a stylist who truly understands your hair and cares about respecting your wishes, I can’t recommend Lisa enough! I hadn’t gone to a stylist since 2019 after a lifetime of having terrible experiences with folks who didn’t know how to work with my hair. Lisa took the time to listen, checked in with me before making cuts to my length, and nailed it with the inspiration photos I brought. Wonderful meeting Nikita who was very sweet and helped me relax as a first timer at this salon. She talked me through the entire cut and styled at the end in a way that will be very easy for me. Was very nice to meet her and the salon was overall very impressive. Would highly recommend.
Great service, great pricing, staff and friendly and listen to what you want. The free consultation was super helpful before my hair lightening appointment to make sure I knew the price and maintenance options fully and that my stylist knew exactly what I wanted. Rylie was so kind and friendly. She did a fantastic job making sure my hair was done just how I wanted and I left very happy!
First time going to Riley and I’m SO glad I found my new girl!! She was so fun and chatty, and her energy was amazing! She made me feel comfortable right away. She answered all of my questions about hair and products and gave me exactly what I wanted.
