ICON Granite recently replaced our countertops for the main bath, hall bath, powder bath, and coffee bar. Now it’s brighter and updated. Danny came out to measure twice for one area. Jocelyne answered our questions, returned texts and phone calls promptly, showed us quartz choices and sent us an itemized estimate. They always arrived on time and followed through with exactly what was planned. Thank you Danny and Jocelyne and all your team!
They did great work and talked me through some things I wasn't clear on! Highly recommend! Do make sure to ask questions to avoid any misunderstandings. Danny, Jocelyne, and Pancho were each very pleasant and helpful.
Just had my granite countertops installed and I couldn’t be happier! The team was super friendly, professional, and right on time. They explained everything really well from start to finish, which made the whole process super smooth. They helped me pick out the perfect granite and made sure every detail turned out exactly how I wanted. The countertops look amazing and they’ve totally transformed my kitchen. Plus, they cleaned up everything before they left, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend!!
Icon installed kitchen, bar and bathroom countertops for us. We paid cash. The next day we found some relatively minor issues. They came back the very next day to address it. We're very please with Pancho and the owner! Customer service is exceptional.
