Professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
My review is a mixed bag. I got the top shelf Light Adjustable Lens cataract surgery. I give the surgeon, Dr. Fox 5 stars. Excellent all around. At two of the three Grand Junction offices, in large letters on the waiting room walls is written, The Center For excellence. My surgical experience was excellent. The follow up, however, with Dr. Ferris was less than excellent, and funny, in his waiting room, those messages are absent. I give Dr. Ferris 4.5 stars for technical skills. My appointment visit was fantastic !
The technician who first met me was wonderful- Rowland. He did the exams and explained everything very clearly. I then waited for over an hour for Dr. Holt to come in. I think he’s very personable and knowledgeable, but I think the wait is inexcusable. I feel like that is more due to the expectations of Icon, and not his fault. He is excellent. Each person (except the initial checkin) was friendly and professional. The wait time is just not acceptable.
