The Icon Event Center was such a great place to rent! Mr. John was super easy to work with and has an amazing personality. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish. He made sure I knew where everything was and walked me through the entire process, including what needed to be done after my event. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free he made everything. I highly recommend this venue!
I rented this venue for my husband’s surprise birthday party and everything was a breeze. Mr. John explained everything. He was easy to contact by phone and email. The place was clean and everything was in working order. My deposit was refunded quickly. I’d rent here again.
John is the absolute most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. DO NOT rent from him. Bride just had to be refunded for his rude and degrading demeanor. His new spot Elite is awful. Half done and is not conducive for a wedding with the shape and off centered position of things. He wanted the bride to pay an additional 200 to use the dressing rooms plus another 200 to use the ones upstairs. The fee was already 2500. I would NEVER rent from him.
