John is the absolute most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. DO NOT rent from him. Bride just had to be refunded for his rude and degrading demeanor. His new spot Elite is awful. Half done and is not conducive for a wedding with the shape and off centered position of things. He wanted the bride to pay an additional 200 to use the dressing rooms plus another 200 to use the ones upstairs. The fee was already 2500. I would NEVER rent from him.

We hosted my Mother’s 60th Surprise Party this past weekend, in Unit G, and the space was amazing. It was large enough for a decent size party and had all the accommodations we needed. The owner was also pleasant to work with! I would definitely plan another event at this location whenever the opportunity presents itself!
My event (celebrating my big sis 60th birthday) was October 3rd at Icon Events in Columbia, SC. The event space was very nice and well maintained. John was always accessible if and when I had questions or concerns and I am up North. He made the experience seamless. Thank you John for allowing me to host an amazing night!
Icon Events was the perfect venue for my 50th birthday celebration. The space is beautiful and intimate. The lighting is classy and gives you many options. The sound system is amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend and will definitely be using them again.
