As bad as I would love to leave 5 stars, I just can’t. My apartment complex hired this company to run an air quality test on my unit. The property manager told me the results were negative but refused to show me a copy. How are the results normal if I have mold? I contacted the company , after being very rude, Jeremy informed me the results are unable to be disclosed to me since I am not the paying customer and he is unable to show me this “policy” due to me not be the paying customer .
