I have lived in a house built by ICON less than 3 years ago and it has been a complete disaster!!! They do not deserve a star!!! My master bathroom had to be redone 3 times and I had a major water leak last year. They made holes all over the place. They did not even repair the bathroom properly. My water heater began to leak after 2 years and now has to be replaced. My microwave stopped working after 2 years. All my shower heads started leaking. EDIT check facebook for original review: If you actually read my review or recall your visit, the problem wasn't that the grout changed color, it was that our tile changed color after being grouted because it was not cleaned properly. If you want to discuss grout though, we can talk about how the grout from our bathroom was installed in our kitchen island and the entire grouting had to be redone because of it.
