Misleading Valet Practices and Unprofessional Response From Management I am writing this review to explain why I believe visitors should be aware of the valet practices at the Icon building at 450 Alton Road. In my experience, the valet process here is confusing, nontransparent, and presented in a way that can easily mislead visitors. At no point was I told that valet service was actually complimentary. Their team is amazing. Chuck, Andrea, Geraldine, and Seanna make sure the building is ran very well. Along with the front desk, maintenance, and valet staff.
There’s no question this is the one of the best run buildings in South Florida. Mostly thanks to John and Bruce. The building is meticulous. The staff is incredible. It feels like you’re living in a luxury hotel. - 5 star hotel
