bad reputation – This place deserves a negative 5 stars. The guy in there is so evil. I guess he is the boss. He looks like a fake human. He smiles at you with this fake smile. I took my computer in there twice and I believe they ruined it so they could charge me alot of money to repair. The guy starts telling me that my computer is a bad computer and that my windows were no good. I own a HP Entertainment pc with vista. Stay away from Icon Computers! – I bought a laptop from Icon Computers last Thursday. And since day one, the computer would freeze up after an hour of use. I kept thinking it was a software problem. But I eventually realized it was a hardware problem. By late Saturday, the hard drive refused to run Windows 7. When when I tried to get a refund on it earlier today, one Icon Computers person told me they give no refunds.
