Good service despite some difficulties with insurance, very timely, very professional, very good.
I gave this place a one star review because zero or negative reviews were no an option. We had our 2016 mustang at ******************* ************ for factory recall repairs. Someone at ******* wrecked our mustang. ******* service manager is friends with Icon and sent our car there for repairs. After several weeks ******* said they had our mustang back from Icon. This is NOT a good body shop regardless of some of their reviews. This place rigs up cars and overcharges insurance companies . They really need to be investigated for fraud and submitting claims on work they do not do on your car. After having my car for almost a month the bumper came off 4 days after I picked it up and they put a rusted screw to hold it together. PLEASE IM WARNING EVERYONE DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND VERY DISHONEST

I went in for a simple repair right before Christmas 2020 because a racoon ran into my bumper, which lead to a insurance claim and a bumper replacement on practically a brand new car that has always been garage kept. I have attempted on 4 occasions over the last three days to contact Mr. R********* regarding his claim of fraud on the repairs to his Lexus by Icon Collision. He will not return my messages. While he makes such a serious charge, he did not request to talk to a manager or the owner. We have detailed photographs of the damaged parts that were replaced and have since talked with ********** that preapproved the repairs before they began. ********** approved all charges and are paying us accordingly. RecommendedTim and his team came though for me again. We got a nice scratch down the side of the new truck. The paint job is a beautiful pearl white so naturally I wanted to get sick. We took it in to Tim and Johnathan fearing the worst. Not only did they make it magically disappear, they did it fast and at a reasonable price. We love Icon, Tim and the team. The guys at ICON rock! Great service. They are on it as to knowledge and answer directly and honestly. Prices are quite fair. I have recommended ICON to several buddies.
The worst body shop. I took my car in 3 weeks ago. They keep telling another day it will be ready. This is a brand new car. I just made my first payment and still no car. He called and said it was ready at 5:00 pm then called back said no it will be one more day. I am sick of this. I went to a body shop years ago on Whitten and never had to wait this long. They got their money so I guess they are just taking their time. Don’t go to this shop ever.
My son chose them to repair his vehicle because they was close by his home. Our insurance company was going to pay. Upon getting there my son dealt with Michael and of course everything sounded good. Allstate informed us they found the bumper that was needed for repair. However, Michael informed my son that the bumper was cheap and that if it was used for repair it wouldn't last and he would be bringing his car back in two weeks or every month.
