Eddie Smith Hello Everyone, I have been going to Icon Collision for years. Whenever I need my car repaired for accidental damage, I go to them because of their excellent work. I had some minor damage on my Mercedes Benz & Britt the sales manager took a look at my car and said we just need to pop a clip back in along the trim. I was in & out less than 30 minutes. I want to thank the Icon Collision service technician & staff. Keep up the good work.
Good service despite some difficulties with insurance, very timely, very professional, very good.
This is NOT a good body shop regardless of some of their reviews. This place rigs up cars and overcharges insurance companies . They really need to be investigated for fraud and submitting claims on work they do not do on your car. After having my car for almost a month the bumper came off 4 days after I picked it up and they put a rusted screw to hold it together. PLEASE IM WARNING EVERYONE DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND VERY DISHONEST
The worst body shop. I took my car in 3 weeks ago. They keep telling another day it will be ready. This is a brand new car. I just made my first payment and still no car. He called and said it was ready at 5:00 pm then called back said no it will be one more day. I am sick of this. I went to a body shop years ago on Whitten and never had to wait this long. They got their money so I guess they are just taking their time. Don’t go to this shop ever.
My son chose them to repair his vehicle because they was close by his home. Our insurance company was going to pay. Upon getting there my son dealt with Michael and of course everything sounded good. Allstate informed us they found the bumper that was needed for repair. However, Michael informed my son that the bumper was cheap and that if it was used for repair it wouldn't last and he would be bringing his car back in two weeks or every month.
