Amazing experience. Very reasonably priced dresses/appointments. I strongly recommend this boutique to brides who want a glamorous bridal gown shopping experience. Depending on the package you select, you can try on as many dresses in an intimate setting. The store also provides a DELICIOUS Champaign bottle for up to 10 guests i believe. I had an amazing experience shopping for a dress at ICON. I am a new mom whose baby girl was going through a very fussy growth spurt at the time of the appointment. They were SO patient and caring with us. Not only that, but they were knowledgeable and helped me find the most beautiful dress that fit my vision and budget. Since then, they have been highly responsive regarding the shipping timeline and alterations. So happy I found them!
My experience at Icon Bridal was amazing from start to finish. Theresa helped me find my dream dress, Ana tailored it to perfection with incredible attention to detail, and Connie was always so kind and helpful answering all my questions. The entire team made the experience feel so special, smooth, and stress-free. I’m beyond grateful for their care and professionalism!
Beware! Consultation/appointment booking fees are NOT refundable! ….even if you need to cancel your appointment more than 2 weeks before the date and within 24 hours of paying the $30 fee. I can understand them keeping the fee if a bride doesn’t show up for her appointment. But even if a family emergency comes up and you respectfully cancel the appointment, they keep your money.
