I recently came back to this place and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Joel, the barber, repeatedly does not respect appointment times. He asked me to arrive within 30 minutes, even though I offered to come an hour later, but when I arrived, he was still with another customer and then told me someone else was ahead of me. This has happened multiple times before, with me waiting 45–50 minutes after being told to arrive at a specific time. The attention to detail is phenomenal lol fr. Nobody does it's better. I've been cut by two different barbers and if could afford to pay em $200 I would.
Joel did a great job with my haircut and made the appointment very comfortable. He was friendly, talked with me, and kept the experience enjoyable throughout. At the end, I noticed the sides were a bit longer than I wanted, so I mentioned it to him. Joel didn’t hesitate at all, he kindly asked me to wait a few minutes and made the necessary adjustments right away.
