Wonderful Apartment These apartments and the entire Acacia Apartments are amazing. The management is very quick and efficient to take care of any issues or concerns, and issues that may come up are taken care of in 1 or 2 days. Sometimes that same day. Apartments are always cleaned and the area is always well kept. If you are looking for your first apartment or a better place to stay and live with friendly staff, great rates, and clean then this is the place. Great apartments! One of the best apartment complexes in El Paso! The location is fantastic. Love living here!

Overpriced for what you’ll experience here We were first tenants in the complex and at the beginning we were impressed on the smoothness of signing and regular maintenance for our apartment. As months passed by here are the negative experiences we have encountered thus far: - multiple negative encounters with other tenants -trash being overflowed due to not enough zones in put trash in -people not picking up pets business and leaving them on the patios on hot summer day -pool issues: people who come in are not residents or v... read more

RUN! Don't Stop Here! Management is horrible! Molded apartments! Bandages are used to fix repairs. You're better off somewhere else!

whats amazing about here.... maintenance and management ++ if u need something fixed. same or next day..management addresses spot on all issues.

Will screw you over I will not recommend this place to anyone. The nightmare began when I want to decide to leave. They was dodging my new apartment calls for example they will tell my new apartment the time and day to contact them . And they never pick up their phone and when they did they said their call them back and never did . They made a big fuss about me want to leave after I paid my last rent . So when I went to the leasing office to has them sent someone to fix it no one never came . Just stay away you don’t need to... read more

First apartment I've loved! I've lived at Tuscany Ranch for almost a year and loveeeee it. The apartment was beautifully cleaned when I moved in, and I haven't had a single issue with the management or the property. There's a few apartments with yappy dogs left out on balconies, but you're gonna get that anywhere. The crowd is much more grown up here, so it's much quieter than other places and you can put holiday decorations outside your door and they'll still be there when you get back! You lose your security deposit.... Very disappointed after finding out that we were losing parts of our security deposit. We left the apartment 3 months early and left it in pristine condition. We were charged for things that were there before we moved in. One major issue was the smell of the water in the bathroom. Everyone that visited noticed it smelled like sewerage. I would never think of drinking the water. The apartment is very cheaply built. There are many other apartment complexes to choose from.

Rude When I entered to talk to someone about the property, they were painfully rude. They would not disclose information, and went back to talking on the phone. She told me to just go to google, and it will pop up, when I asked her about information on the facility and even to tour it. Some people have no shame.
