Beware!!! We applied here coming from the Retreat soooo we know our credit is in good standing. We paid the application fees. We gave our preferences and they seemed to understand that. After a week and days they finally called (it definitely shouldn’t take that long for status check) ..we were obviously approved but was given a floor we did not request. Do you like having a gate that's broken for over a year? Or having the grass mowed once every three months? Or dog poop everywhere? Then this is the place for you. I invite you to drive by (no gate to stop you!) and check out all the weeds.
I visited this hell hole many times over the course of my family living there. Good to know that they are cool with mold, pest, and HVAC issues. When mold was discovered I finally understood why my children kept getting sick while visiting for the weekend. Gates are always broken so it’s not like I had to remember the universal code they hand out. Oh and you know you’re shady as hell when you refuse certified letters from both tenants and attorneys.
Apartments are nice, cleaned well on move in. Unfortunately, if you have a dog beware, there is dog poop every step you take outside and our puppy caught Parvo despite being vaccinated. There’s really nothing they do to enforce it just emails threatening fines. Dog park is also just a mess of land mines, patchy grass, and the wood on the gate is split.
