Needs improvement on the dumpsters, parking and pest control
My experience at Icon started off not the best, but I'm happy to say that it ended on a good note. When I moved in last year, I immediately noticed a roach issue in my unit. I spoke with Grace at the front and she stated they were not aware of any pest issues from the previous tenant in my unit. She quickly added me to the weekly in-unit pest control list to take care of the issue.
