One of the most rude, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Used wrong comparison houses for valuation, some were still on the market for sale, some were sold years prior. No research at all. When confronted, refused to speak or answer any questions, always talked over me and would not admit blatant mistakes. Save yourself a headache and do not use Icon Appraisals! I cannot give lower than one star, if I could, I would.
