Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood with close access to grocery stores & restaurants. If I could change one thing, I'd have them set up the "futsal" courts, or Pickleball (photo below) on the top of the parking garage that they feature on Google. Instead, it's just a sad unused space. Icon 9700, if you're listening, bring back the rooftop activities! Shout out to the maintenance team, they've always responded to my repair requests quickly and solved the issues efficiently.
What happened to the monthly newsletter? What’s going on in the complex? When did the pool open? I miss the news letters and I wish we had a community board
Maintenance is quick and gets the job done!
I had a delivery to these appointments. I had an incomplete address and was unable to contact the customer. Delanee Kirk at the leasing office helped me find the address for the customer and was super helpful and nice. She went above and beyond.
It was a great experience I will be moving in these apartment next month
