The staff is what kept this from getting 1 star. Superb cleaning staff and concierge at the front. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at home. The views of Petco park are great. You can hear the concerts from the rooftop but typically the stage is facing away from the building. $25 deposit for a lanyard for concerts and special events. This luxury residential building with a rooftop Party pad that overlooks petco park is smashing. There's a movie theater available for residents and a 24/7 concierge. Its location is convenient to so many things to enjoy for shopping entertainment and restaurants downtown.
