This program is fantastic. I've been going for approximately two months, and not only do I feel stronger, I feel more alert and energetic. In addition to unique daily exercises, this program offers nutrition counseling, daily emails, and support using apps to help count macros and track progress. Professional, supportive, and an incredible team of trainers.
