Their service is not good. They booked an appointment with Dr., but the doctor did not not call us it happens with our family 3 times I did not recommend them for any health problems and they don’t have value about the patient s time
Total disgrace for an outfit to keep these kinds of receptionists who think this is India and not CANADA. They don’t respond to your phone calls. They put you on Hold and second Hold and third Hold and so on. The total time wasted is too much. I ask them this that in previous Canada there was a time limit to put someone on hold. On a switchboard you take a call , greet a person and put on hold or even call back or tell they will call back. Are these receptionists or PM that they don’t want to answer to your call. Don't believe these negative reviews. People only leave their frustrations online and never leave positive reviews. I have visited many doctors but most of the doctors at this locations actually care. They don't rush you out the door and actually care to listen. 2 doctors that I would highlight and highly recommend are Dr. Ravjot Julka and Dr. Hardarsh Panesar. Really good experience here. The staff were friendly, the clinic was clean, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Julka was very kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall very happy with my visit.
