Offhand almost to the extent of being rude at the front desk. Majority of prescription renewals are botched, requiring follow up with the pharmacy. There has to be something very wrong with inter office communication with the doctors especially as mentioned with renewals. Receptionists should be aware that the odd "Please" would help and something beyond 'Sit there" and some evidence of caring about patients would help with this new office becoming a success.
