We met our family doctor Julka at the end of October last year. He impressed us from the first time we met. He was young and polite. He asked us about our health condition in detail and did immediate check-up. "Walk-in by Appointment only" A basic English lesson is highly recommended for whoever is managing this clinic.
Very unprofessional to cancel an appointment 10minutes before the scheduled appointment. If it was the other way around, there would be a no show fee. Poor and unethical healthcare practice.
