Don't believe these negative reviews. People only leave their frustrations online and never leave positive reviews. I have visited many doctors but most of the doctors at this locations actually care. They don't rush you out the door and actually care to listen. 2 doctors that I would highlight and highly recommend are Dr. Ravjot Julka and Dr. Hardarsh Panesar. Really good experience here. The staff were friendly, the clinic was clean, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Julka was very kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall very happy with my visit.
One star is even more for how the people on the reception desk work and manage the patient they don’t even know how to talk to a patient who is asking for doctor note it’s almost 7 days they didn’t give me doctor note since they said it would be ready next day when I gave that form to them. I honestly didn’t like the behaviour of jazzz or may be her name Jaspreet she is very rude . I am extremely disappointed with the way this clinic handled my situation today.I had an appointment scheduled, but due to unforeseen circumstances involving my 3-month-old baby being extremely fussy and my husband being unable to get time off work, I was unable to attend alone. To avoid any no-show fee, I called the clinic in advance and remained on hold for approximately 35 minutes, but no one answered my call.Later, I received a phone call informing me that I would still be charged a no-show fee.
