This clinic always send emails for walk-in or same day available appointments but when you visit the receptionist always says no doctor available and you can book a phone call appointment. Yesterday, I visited to the clinic with several itchy rashes over but did not get a doctor and they book a phone call with Dr. Sethi at 6:15 pm. I asked how the doctor will assess my problem she said share pictures in email. I have been waiting till 7:30pm but did not get any call and then I asked them through an email as the clinic opens ... read more
I booked an appointment online whereas staffed called me very rudely to call another location whereas my slot was available at this location and was booked my me . Still such a disappointing experience.
Best walk in clinic I have been to. Didn't have to wait too long. Amazing staff.
Poor experience with Dr Sidhu over phone appointment
