AVOID THIS APARTMENT. I was laid off, and while I could make rent, money was tight. I spoke to Allie, their billing and leasing manager, and she insisted it was fine to pay half immediately and the other half a week later so I'd have some space to get my finances in order. This place used to be amazing. The staff cared, the facility was clean, and everyone seemed to enjoy working and being there. Fast forward 9 months and the honeymoon stage seems to be over. The place is hardly cleaned. I very rarely see anyone around cleaning, there are stains that are months old on the floors of the common areas and hallways. RecommendedLoving the apartment, the location, the view, the amenities. Staff is great and very helpful. Just wish the tenants with dogs would pick up after them. The amount of dog crap in the grass is ridiculous.
All I can say is WOW! We were totally won over today during and after our tour!! Mindi is absolutely wonderful- SO friendly, informative, and literally not once pushy. We are looking forward to calling Ico Vista Station “HOME” in a few weeks. Thank you for an amazing experience!!
