Beautiful spacious floor plans. We love the garages and tons of open parking!
We had a bike on our balcony for a few weeks and within one hour received multiple texts and emails letting us know we were in violation of our lease until we brought our bike into our apartment. The building next to us had a bike that continued to remain on their balcony. When I approached management about this they said they can’t force anyone to do anything. We felt very singled out since they did everything but take our bike of the patio themselves. Just the beginning of the harassment we endured.
I live here now and can't wait to be out of my contract. Ico has had two different managers now and they are both tools. The apartments themselves are nice, but the staff really ruins it. Just not a fun place to live
This property was impressive!! I Not quite the location I was looking for but if it was closer to my work. I would have for sure moved there! Thanks for the great tour!
