Stan and Kelly cleaned our ducts and vents yesterday, and we were generally satisfied with the results. They arrived an hour early (no big deal), but they were courteous and professional the entire time. Although they finished in less than an hour, I'm not sure how thoroughly they cleaned everything, but upon closer inspection, all the vents appear much cleaner than they were.

I appreciate the sincere, competent, and kind service you provided. You guys are great! From the person who answers the phone all the way to Josh reminding me to set a reminder to have the cleaning in the Spring and not wait until it snows, they provide excellent, educated service.

We have employed Ickiness Chimney Sweep for more than 8 years and value their expertise and rapid response. Every 1 1/2 to 2 cords of wood burnt, they advised us to get our chimney and wood stove cleaned. For us, this occurs yearly. This is fantastic for us and makes us feel at ease knowing we won't have any chimney fires. A friend's house was destroyed by a chimney fire because he neglected to clean his chimney for years. Ickiness Chimney Sweep was quite competent and impartial. There were no unpleasant surprises because they were upfront about everything, including the price and the schedule. They also took great care to ensure that the only visible sign of their presence was a spotless chimney.
