RecommendedWhen I call-I get to talk to a real life person instead of a machine! Very efficient case managers who get the job done. I recommend iCircle over any MLTC around.
Terrible phone service. Been with them for 11 months. Worst customer service you will find anywhere. It sounds to me when talking to them that they all overworked and unable to finish any of their tasks. hey tell you that they will take care of something and never get it done.
I love working at iCircle. The team is compassionate, committed and like family. It is so rewarding to have a positive impact on our members' lives.
ICircle is a fantastic organization and in my experience treats every member with exceptional service and care. I would recommend iCircle to any family looking for a reliable MLTC!
